PixePop (“we,” “us”) turns a photo you upload into a cartoon picture or video. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email info@pixepop.com.

Who can use PixePop

Our service is for adults (18+). If a child appears in a photo you upload, you confirm you are that child’s parent or legal guardian (or have their guardian’s permission) and consent to creating a cartoon from it. The service is not directed to children under 13, and children should not create accounts.

What we collect

• Account info — your email address and a password you choose.
• Photos you upload — used only to generate the cartoon/video you request.
• Creations — the pictures and videos we generate for you, saved to your gallery.
• Payment info — handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic usage data — to run the service, prevent abuse, and improve it.

How we use your photos

When you create something, your photo is sent to our AI provider (Google) to generate your image or video, and we store the result so you can access it in your gallery. We do not sell your photos, and we do not use your photos to train AI models. You can delete a creation, or your whole account, at any time — email us and we’ll remove it.

How we use your other information

• To run your account and deliver the cartoons you create.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions (via Stripe).
• To send you service messages and occasional product email (you can unsubscribe anytime).
• To keep the service safe, working, and improving.

Who we share data with

We use trusted providers to run the service, and share only what’s needed:

• Google — AI image/video generation.
• Stripe — payments and subscriptions.
• Supabase & Vercel — secure hosting and storage.
• GoHighLevel — email and customer messaging.

We do not sell your personal information.

Retention & your choices

We keep your account and creations while your account is active. You can delete creations anytime, and request full account/data deletion by emailing info@pixepop.com. You can opt out of marketing email at any time.

Cookies & analytics

We use cookies to keep you signed in, and analytics/advertising tools to understand and improve how people find and use the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your data. No online service is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Changes

We may update this policy; we’ll post the new date here. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
