Who can use it

You must be 18 or older to create an account. If you upload a photo of a child, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian (or have permission) and that you have the right to use that photo.

The service

We use AI to turn your photo into a cartoon picture or video. AI results vary and may not be perfect — they are creative interpretations, not exact reproductions. Free creations include a small watermark; paid/unlocked creations are watermark-free.

Credits, subscriptions & billing

• New accounts include a limited number of free creations.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases. Maker is a monthly subscription that grants credits each month and renews automatically until you cancel — you can cancel anytime from your account, and you keep access through the period you paid for.
• Credits are consumed when you generate. Unused credit purchases can be refunded within 7 days if you contact us; credits already used to generate are non-refundable. If something goes wrong, email us — we’ll make it right.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.

Acceptable use

• Only upload photos you have the right to use.
• Don’t use the service to create unlawful, harmful, harassing, or deceptive content, or to impersonate others.
• Don’t abuse, overload, or attempt to break the service.

Your content & rights

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You own the creations you make and may use them personally and commercially. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (e.g., to process and store your creations so you can access and share them). We retain all rights to the PixePop software and brand.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which PixePop operates.
